Why do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

Creating an account ensures all your purchases, invoices, and serial keys are in one place, making it easier for both you and us to manage transactions and support. Plus, it streamlines your shopping experience for future visits.

How do I receive the plugin after making a purchase?

After purchase, download the plugin’s free version from the WordPress official plugin directory through your website’s plugins section. Install it, then enter your newly purchased Serial Key in the Settings. This activates the PRO features.

My card was declined

Your card was likely declined by your bank, not by our system. We recommend contacting your bank directly to understand why the payment was declined. Our site processes payments through Stripe, which handles the transaction security checks.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are possible if the plugin is proven defective and reported within 14 days of purchase. We’ll either update the plugin or refund your money. Due to the nature of digital products, other refund requests can’t be honored. You acknowledged this in our refund policy at purchase. Encountering issues?
